Pete Tong's Ibiza Classics Headlines Barcode Festival 2024!
Pete Tong, legendary DJ, producer and broadcaster is headlining GroceryAid’s Barcode Festival this year with his live Ibiza Classic project, featuring Jules Buckley and The Essential Orchestra.
Taking place at Magazine London on Thursday 4th July, Barcode Festival is one of GroceryAid’s biggest fundraising events, welcoming thousands of colleagues and over 100 sponsors. Last year it raised more than £1 million, helping the Charity continue to provide free and confidential financial, emotional, and practical support to grocery colleagues 24/7, 365 days a year.
Ibiza Classics is a globally touring, live musical extravaganza that’s seen Tong and collaborator Jules Buckley take electronic music to another dimension. It is just one of the many projects that has made Pete Tong a legend in the music scene for generations. His simple yet relentless personal mission is to find great music and talent and share it with as many people as possible.
Kieran Hemsworth, CEO at GroceryAid says: “We are so pleased that Pete Tong will be headlining this year’s Festival. As one of GroceryAid’s flagship events it brings together thousands of grocery colleagues from all levels of the industry to celebrate, network and raise vital funds for the charity to support grocery colleagues in need. The event is a unique blend of festival and brand showcase, with over 100 sponsor activations bringing their brands to life through experiential and sampling activations. We are all looking forward to another fantastic event this year.”
